• No, Happy Bucs Fan, you will need to cut players to get under the cap before you can make that trade. It isn't a level playing field if you use the league manager tools to circumvent the cap for your trade.

• This year I've been over the cap and obviously wasn't aware I could trade my way out of it, so I had to make some tough cuts. Had I been aware, I would have tried trading my way out. If we wanted to do this next year, that's fine. But I personally don't think we should be making rule changes halfway through the season.

  Amon-Ra and I have agreed on a trade but because I am over the cap, the site will not allow me to do this trade. The trade is I get joe burrow and give up Antonio Gibson as Amon-Ra looks for pieces for next year and I get more qb depth and under the cap.
  
  He and I both agree it’s a fair trade but one I cannot make with the league blocking my activity due to the cap.
  
  Therefore, hoping to circumvent this by using the League Manager tools to move Gibson from my team to Amon-Ra’s and vice versa for Burrow. This will allow a “trade” to happen.
  
  We want to check with everyone else if you are comfortable with this approach though.
  
  If so, I 100% am happy to help do this for any other team trying to do a trade but over the cap in the future as well.

• Can we change the trade wait period from 48 to 24 hrs? I dont think theres a history of bad trades needing review in this league so it would seem like this would help move transactions along...if this is something that we'd need to consider prior to next season since we're already started this year, thats fine too.
