• I have not heard anyone say they are actually opposed to 7pm. I cant see it lasting over 3 hours so as long as everyone is okay with that i would say keep it. I know people would prefer a little earlier or later but 7 seems to be a happy medium.

• I did baseball this year and most people bowed out well before they had an entire roster filled, only need to fill a starting lineup. Would recommend getting a couple backups at a minimum but you do not have to stay in until the end.

• How long do the drafts usually take? I need to wake up by 5:30 AM during the week for work so I think I'd prefer a little bit earlier if possible. I know if everyone is present and doing their part it's not too but, but if it extends out to like 3 AM I am gonna be a little screwed.
