• As your Microfootball XIV Champion, I would like to take this opportunity to give a big thanks on behalf of us all to the man in charge – you know who I’m talking about – our fearless leader commissioner Marc Baron. You’ve not only kept this league going for 14 years, but you continuously look for ways to improve it. Tip of the cap to you, my friend.
  Barry, what an awesome final! I don’t know if everyone was paying attention, but I won on Josh Allen’s last throw of the game. It really did come down to the wire. Congrats on a great first season in the league!
  
  I couldn’t agree with Marc more. This was one of the most competitive regular seasons I have seen. I think everyone’s roster got stronger as the season went on and a lot of you guys are set up really well for next year.
  I look forward to seeing how harshly you guys will punish me in arbitration in a few months! All the best to everyone for the New Year.. health, happiness and all that!

• Congratulations Eric, it all worked out, and there couldn't be a more fitting final score than 120.20 pts! You certainly "won 2020" in exciting fashion; that gold will fly forever, even if you have to cut $400 in championship talent. The MicroFootball cup remains Canadian.
  
  Barry, well done in your first year here, pretty impressive. Drafted well and made solid moves, turned a mediocre team into the silver. Fantasy football isn't fair, but one can't complain with the season you had. Still, you beat Kenzie for the dubious title of People's Champ, and any time you beat Kenzie ya gotta be happy.
  
  The two Andrews gave us a solid runners-up game, doesn't get much closer than that. Congrats Andrew T., way to represent the original gangstas of the MicroFootball mafia. 14 years!! I think you won once, maybe? It only took two years here to get our first Andrew-bowl. Props to Andrew G., another long-time member, for winning a tough division and making it to the finals.
  
  The regular season standings were close all the way, it was a highly competitive season. That's what happens when the commissioner grants wins to every team in the league! (I'll be back... actually I think I picked a good year to have everything go bad). Anyway, great season, even though it was an endless minefield. We had more trades, close matches, and tight races than any year I can remember- it was certainly eventful, and hopefully we get a normal season next year.
  
  Rosters will lock at 11:59pm on Wednesday December 30 (sweet mercy) and no moves can be made again until arbitration ends; we don't have dates for the arbitration period just yet, but last year it started on Feb. 15th and ran through March, so assume something like that (I'll confirm when it's official).
  
  Lastly, regarding the site-interface... our input is valued. If anyone has any good suggestions for the site-administrator, please pass them along to me and I will bring them forward. A few nice changes came through this year, and I'm sure things will keep improving if we ask diplomatically.
