• What's the deal here? We still have two open teams and no explanation of the $50 sidepot to the new owners (including me). I'm in for it but would like to know how it works and what the payouts are before I send money anywhere. Are the two non-renewed teams gone or just waiting until the last minute?

• Not the commissioner here, so take this how you will, but someone retiring after the draft or cuts have been made is no different than a player suffering a significant injury. Basically a decision was made based on available information, and then circumstances changed. If there were to be special considerations for Luck, you would have to consider all retirements/injuries. And of course, all injuries aren't created equal, so where would you draw the line? His retirement is a bummer, but that's fantasy.

• Ugh. Both Monday (9/2) and Tuesday (9/3) had a yellow box on them. I've got another draft that night (starts an hour later) but I'll do them both Tuesday night if need be. I know it's miserable trying to get these things scheduled. Just putting it out there.

• Just throwing this out there, why don’t we go ahead and set the draft for Tuesday, Sept. 3 as mentioned below? That way when people claim the abandoned teams in this league they’ll know the draft is set and we aren’t dealing with new schedules.

GREEN means you're available, YELLOW means you can make it happen but you'd rather not, and RED is you're not available.
