**REMINDER TO GET ARBITRATION IN**
This Sunday is the last day to add arbitration dollars to teams. Make sure all money is allocated and at least one dollar is given to every team! We have half the league needing to add money- make sure to get this done by end of month!

**ARBITRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN**
For those new to Ottoneu arbitration- arbitration is a necessary function of the salary leagues to ensure yearly competitive balance. You will need to assign at least $1-$8 to every team, but no player can receive more than $4 per team (capping $44 as the most a player can go up in one season). If you fail to allocate at least $1 to just one team, NONE of your allocations will go through. Make sure to hit the save button at the bottom of each team! If anyone has any questions on arbitration or how to do it, feel free to message or post on here.

Players selected have been moved- teams that lost a player if you want that guy post below and I'll add him to your team. Otherwise I'll just keep them in the FA pool for now.
Next step is Arbitration- this begins Feb 15 so there is time before that. For those who are new to Ottoneu- you are giving a set amount of money to add to players on another team. Rules are at below link at the bottom if you need further info- I'll send reminders out when we get to that point. Once arbitration is done, then trading and drops will be allowed.
