• crazy close. tied records in two divisions, plus a tie for the WC. we ended up with the top score in the league, but had we scored 9 fewer points in week 14, we would have missed the playoffs. super tight at the top.

• No, if you're over a roster limit or a salary limit you can only cut players to get back underneath, not propose new trades. That is a site bug and I'll fix it going forward. In the meantime, fine trade, well done.

• It did allow that, though it does not allow for Lineup changes until the roster limit violation is settled. We're not actually over the salary cap -- we had spent exactly $400. Once the trade goes through and our roster is back down to 20, we should be able to remove WR Mike Evans and replace him for Week 1. Also, I think this all makes sense because we wouldn't have known that a trade was needed until we won the two RB bids, and we never actually went over the salary cap to do it.

• That's fine, though you should not be able to make trades while you're over cap limits. The site let you negotiate that trade while your team was not in a legal state?

• We won bids for RBs Charcandrick West and Darren Sproles which put us at 22 players so we needed a roster adjustment to get down to 20. Cutting them both outright would yield only $1 and they did have some value so we looked for a good trade partner. The Destroyers were ideal because they already had RB C.J. Anderson but not his likely handcuff (De'Angelo Henderson) and had no backup TE to Rob Gronkowski (a role suitable for Jason Witten). Destroyers build good depth on the cheap and CC gets $3 back (instead of $1) plus settles the roster crunch. Reasonable value exchange, right?

• Arbitration is over now, so no one is going to retroactively do arbitration. I sent out a bunch of emails and posted here a bunch. If you have issues with using the site, maybe leave a message on the message board in a timely fashion so I can address it instead of 2 days after the fact. Looks like a full 1/3rd of us missed arbitration this year, not great.

• We weren't able to enter our arbitration allocations at all. Last year was pretty easy, but couldn't find where/how to enter them this year. So we still need to add our $60 to teams.

• Three of us screwed up this year, so that's good. I am one of those who screwed up - I apparently didn't allocate $2. I will make the arbitration interface tell you clearly what you haven't done yet for next season.
