  • Going to go ahead and push draft date back so we don't get stuck because i forget what month it is. can move again later when we know what works best for everyone. Keeper deadline will hold though at Jan 31.

  • Highly likely to push that draft date back; doesn't make much sense to draft that far in advance of opening day to me, but open to thoughts. Thinking something like the week of March 17th or so? Haven't had time lately to think about replacements, but may kick into gear in the next few weeks. I have one possible, but if anyone has folks in mind, let me know.

  • I have not. I have done some digging into available options. Essentially, for playoffs there are two scoring options both of which are H2H. Scoring can be SABR or Fangraphs points (see here: https://ottoneu.fangraphs.com/scoringoptions). The gist is we currently use Fangraphs pts, which for pitching lean toward rewarding high strikeout guys (power pitchers). SABR scoring is more aligned with FIP for pitchers and may make for more balance with control pitchers.

  • I really like this new system. Having the ability to trade during the offseason is cool as well. Porkchop have you messaged Nev to see if there is anything we can do about playoff scoring?
