  • I’m absolutely ok with finishing the season, arbitration, etc.

    I absolutely understand the argument as to why they need the KYC info, but they don’t have a track record of security (company is very young).

    Also, and I know this is hyper-cynical… Niv & Paydala really don’t have the assets to offer recourse should a significant breach occur. So I’d get my $20 refunded but then I’m on my own. Can’t take that risk for a hobby I can get elsewhere

  • I understand everyone's trepidations. I have concerns of my own. With that said, can we play out the season, complete the arbitration process and then see where this takes us? By all means, if you all want to bail that's fine but can I ask everyone to be just a little patient first. Season renewals don't happen until January.

    I've been following the new payment processor rules and I don't feel comfortable giving my SSN and other personal info to a company that just founded in August 2021. This isn't a prize league, and the entry are so small, the risk isn't worth it to me.

    As such, I won't be re-upping next year. I wanted to give you guys as much lead-time as possible to find a replacement.

    I'm happy to play out the season, but if you find a new dude to take over
