  • I am going to pass on the OPL this year. My experience last year demonstrated how far away from being competitive my team was in the broader context. I figured I was at least 2 years away, but I got bounced in the first cut with what is the same team I have now.

  • A reminder for those of you eligible for OttoNeu Premier League participation (need to have finished in the top 6 last year). That entry process is separate from our league and has an entry fee of $50 dollars. Geezer (Larry) is our OPL expert and would be happy to discuss with you on the chat platform.

  • All rosters are now final (the rules were applied to the two teams with illegal rosters). You can start planning for the draft!

  • As we turn toward draft preparation, I thought this information might be helpful. There are 89 open roster spots going into the draft. 10 teams will have $817 to spend. The two teams mentioned in the previous message will have full rosters so will not be able to participate in the draft. Other teams need between 2 and 19 players, and have between $10 and $194 to spend. I anticipate our draft will take less around 1.5 hrs to complete.

  • Good morning owners! All owners are paid up! Two owners were not able to get their line ups in order so the league manager will process their additional drops (total of 7 players) tomorrow morning, after confirming who were the lowest salary/lowest points players on both teams. Both teams are under salary, but over players.

  • Today is the final day to cut players. Rosters freeze at 2359 ET and no other transactions can occur until our draft. There is one owner who has not yet paid for 2025, but I am certain Paul will take care of that today. Today is the formal end of the 2024 season, and tomorrow is the start of the 2025 season.
