The 3 winners have been paid. The playoff winners will be paid by Otto. I propose next year we structure the side pot payout slightly different so all 6 playoff teams get a small cut. Something like $25-50 for 4th-6th. I'll put together a couple different options and we can all vote on it in the offseason.

No, no, that's a kind offer but we really shouldn't be backing out auctions and waivers because of user error. would get too messy. Really class, though, thanks. My note was mainly a public cry of frustration and regret 😂. I'll check if we'd have trade options

Before the playoffs, the game limits are 135 for (C, 1B, 2B, SS, MI, 3B, UTIL) and 675 for OFers. The innings limit is 1,250 but that is a soft limit so on the day you hit 1,250 innings you can go over. Your project GP/IP is just showing your current pace for this season, and I wouldn't worry too much about it because there is still plenty of season left.

Just a heads up make sure you have the correct players with the right salaries on your roster. When I imported the roster file over from Couch Managers it added Yonny Hernandez instead of Darwinzon to Red Canaries roster.

Looks like we are going to have a somewhat normal season and I agree with the suggestion. If the season is 100 games or more we will carry on with the side pot but if it less than 100 games I'll return everyone's money.

Side pot breakdown - The 3 teams with the most points through the last game on Sept. 1st (or whenever the last day is before Otto starts the playoffs) will split the side pot ($900) 450/300/150, which I'll send out in the days that follow. Top 6 teams will participate in the playoffs following the Otto format and those winnings will be sent out by Otto.

FWIW, I mentioned this in another league, too--I don't think you need to mess with partial refunds for a partial season. If MLB plays >100 games, I'm good for the full $75 side pot.
