agree with the sentiments here... it's really not about the money (have you ever calculated your "hourly wage" that winnings would translate given how much time you put in? it's laughable) it's about the GLORY of victory... happy to send my refund to some winners, and would certainly like to see this league continue... it's a bad taste in our mouth from this year, but I've been using ottoneu for a decade and I don't get the impression niv is out to screw anyone... just a series of unfortunate events this year

So the refunds have been there the whole time, but I (and I assume nobody else here) did not know that. I also did not know that two teams had not paid as I wasn't really checking on payments in week 10. So, at the core that's on me for not checking, but also god what a shit system.

Really disappointed in this. Did they only issue the refund to everyone after you brought this up? If his point was we should have address it during the season, then we should have been better notified that 2 teams had not paid. Or let us know that our league was in an invalid state, just like it does with our rosters when we're over the limits. While I know it's not about the money, I'm also happy to redirect that $30 refund to the winners. I would hate for this to be the end of the league given it's long history on Otto. But I would be open to moving to another platform if everyone is on board. Selfishly, I am also having my best fantasy basketball year ever in Mayhem's basketball league!

Mayhem, I would gladly send my refund to the winner. at least try to make it right. as far as the league is concerned I would like to see it continue on. hopefully this screwup on Niv's part doesn't drive you away from the league. I have to say I think this decision by niv was foolish. not sure how to make people pay when you couldn't get a pay system up and running in time for league start. I would hope that all in the league would do what is right and make sure those who deserve to be paid for this year are. let me know how and I will send my refund where ever.
