• Ok guys, messed with re-alignment and came up with the following. This was done by power ranking all the teams based on record and points over the last two years. Ties in record were broken by points, and ties in power ranking were broken by point in the most recent season. Taking those power ranking and trying to distribute everyone evenly this is where I landed: TURF N TURF: DDC, Jay, Gurley, No Guts. FLUSH WITH CASH: No Name, Squeezie, Dogpile, Collusion. TREAT YO SELF: Large Pile, Brewerytown, Poison, Adam's Bay. Obviously some people will be hurt and helped by this, but I think it's a good thing to do every few years. Let me know your thoughts.

• Gentlemen, Hope everyone is getting along well. Got a little time so was taking a look at re-alignment today. Found my last spreadsheet from 2017 so was going to go ahead and start putting together re-alignment for next year. If anybody has objections to re-aligning divisions this year please feel free to voice them here. Ill get it figured then post here for everyone to see what the prospective divisions would be.

• Welcome aboard MeatyChud! (assuming a team name change is coming lol). The oddest part to me of JBAB's breakdown was that his team has some young, well-priced assets that can compete this year. It's a pretty solid situation to walk into. Cheers to 2020.

• To the rest of the league, thank you all for all of the congratulations that were sent my way. I have come to believe that this is the best way to play fantasy football. I want to wish everyone good luck in the upcoming year, can't wait to see what this next year brings.

• JBAB, first off we have only realigned the divisions twice in five years with this league. second i have no clue who the guy is that took over Squeezie's team so there is no way there was collusion. Squeezie made that trade and still made the playoffs only to know out the second best team in the league. Commish has always listened to everyone in the league no matter what it was about, if you wanted to realign then all you had to do was say something around the draft. to be honest i had forgotten about realignment till the season was underway. just to be clear if you look at the 2018 season you were tied in wins and pretty close in points to Pile. Jay was the second best in our division. we could have realigned and you could have been in an even tougher division. now if you want to talk about a team that completely turned around that was Gurley, he finished last that year and this last year came in second. when this league was started we only had four teams make the playoffs, commish listened to the league and increased the size of the playoffs. i personally think your arguments are unfounded & unwarranted. Commish, i think that most everyone in the league would say you are doing a great job. JBAB if you are that unhappy with the league then you have the right to not come back. i want to see everyone come back and play for years to come but you have to do what you think you need to do.

• Sorry for my triple post last night guys, was on my phone. I've typed out various long things here addressing all the issues raised point by point, but I ended up erasing them all. If anyone doesn't want to play next year, just let me know, or don't renew, whatever. Or if everybody wants to keep going and just me leave, that's fine too.

• Buddy.. yes your division ended up stacked. And realignment is needed this year. But in the end it didn’t matter. The top 6 point-scoring teams made the playoffs. Your team had the 8th most points, and record wise you also finished in 8th place. So your complaint is that your division was too stacked and an 8th place team in a 12 team league missed playoffs? Dynasty leagues always end up with funky trades like Mike Thomas. Every year we have something like that where a rebuilding team gives someone up for what looks like peanuts. Weird trades happen in dynasty leagues where cap space/building for the future.

• Sorry but not good for league. Why should I continue to pay with thise two top teams in my division. That is not fair. Just a waste of money. Why not go with one divisional 2. So a 12 team league has 3 divisions and 2 are in my division? Why would I spend another dime in this league under these conditions?

• JBAB I can see why it may be frustrating but this is a dynasty league, the point is that you’re never out and always playing for the future 🤷‍♂️ Sure, division realignment can happen if needed but if you’re forcing parity every single year we might as well be a redraft league in my opinion.
  
  In general I think Mayhem has been very open to league suggestion, commish is always a thankless job...

• Gentlemen thanks for another year. Congrats to DDC and Gurley on their payouts. Joshua, hate to see you go my man but best of luck. That all being said, we're on break til arb in Feb. We now have 1 team open for sure, if anybody else is planning not to return please let me know as soon as you can so we can make arrangements. We'll be re-aligning divisions in the offseason to try and even them out based on the last 2 years' point totals, but if anybody has questions just let me know.

• Divisions and records aside.. the top 6 points teams will be playoff bound. so even with the one loaded division, things will work out. 8-9 teams were still alive as of the last two weeks of regular season.

• As Gurley said, 6 playoff teams currently. I could be wrong, but I think 6 is currently the most we can do. I'll have to check postseason since that option is greyed-out currently. Regarding the Flush With Cash division having two 11-1 teams this season, I would suggest that we re-align divisions again this offseason. We did that a few seasons ago based off a formula DDC came up with, I'll have to go back in the archives to figure out exactly what it was. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. My main goal is to keep people engaged and participating year after year, so please let me know anything we can do to make the league more enjoyable.
