• Ok, sorry guy, this is my first year as acting co-commish. I asked my other leagues the same question this morning, both expect rosters and finances to be in order by jan.2, and one of the commish's produced a rule which I couldn't find that says at the end of the season all rosters should be legal and your salary cap should be under 400. So we will go with that. Shep is probably the only one reading this anyway...lol.

• Let me clarify a bit…I really don’t care! I was just having an opinion to get the conversation started. 100% keep it as it was! Though, does put me and Gently at a distinct disadvantage, not being able to dump players we won’t want next year but still need this year, until after this weekend. But whatever! Maybe next year we make it a small $ league?!?! ?

• So basically my standpoint is, right now we have 1 vote for and 1 vote against compliance. So if we don't here from other managers my stance is we keep it the way it has been in previous seasons. I just want to get everyone on the same page so there is no percieved advantage. I will leave this up until Sunday's 1 p.m. start time and then let everyone know the final position. Thanks.

• I vote that we can be out out of compliance until the cut deadline in July. That's how my other leagues play. So, it would be nice to hear from some other managers on the topic. Also, Gently if you read this, how has it been handled in the past? If my recollection is correct, I believe we were allowed to have out of compliance rosters. Unless we have other managers actually comment....lol, I say we keep it the same. So input from others would be greatly appreciated.

• I think we should all be in compliance before the off season but also think we can’t go back and change things that already happened. So if a team is out of compliance now we should grandfather them in and make the rule for here on out.

• CONGRATS'S to Gentley and Shep for reaching the finals!! Graveyboat and I will be playing for 3rd place. There is one issue I'd like to clarify before the season ends, which is roster compliance. Do you guys want to make it so we must have a legal roster heading into the offseason or do you want to be able to load up on players prior to the season end date? The reason I ask is too get everyone on the same page and not have any confusion. Let me know what you're thinking.

• I tried to e-mail him. If he doesn't respond, I will drop him as a manager Saturday night. Hopefully someone will pick up the team. If not, we will be stuck with his current lineup.

• So just a quick update. We have 10 teams all paid up. Right now we are just waiting on Cleavland and Grizzlies. We have someone reaching out to Cleavland. As far as Grizzlies, they haven't logged in since mid October, so I think they may have quit. Otteneu doesn't let commishes change a teams roster. So I guess moving foward, we are just stuck with the lineup as is. Good luck to everyone. Playoffs will be here before you know it and the trade deadline is in a couple weeks.

• Either of those is fine. I think if we are unable to fill the manager spot, we just need to make it uniform from here on out, meaning if we don't have one by Sunday, we probably need to shut it down for the year, or have you put the highest ranking players in each week, which I would prefer.

I guess I could claim it and just start his highest ranked players but there will probably be weeks where he has empty slots due to waivers or we could just leave his roster as is. • Does Cleveland sucks even have an actual manager. That team has been an issue for years. It's a ghost team. Right now they are paying $6 for kenny golladay, $5 for darrell henderson, and my personal favorite, $16 to NFL commentator Mark Ingram. What gives?

• If it’s the same as baseball, you should be able to go to the “commish tools” tab under the “league” tab and then click “manage teams”. There’s a box you can check off next to the team name that says “P-F Cuts” for penalty free cuts, then click save and it should allow me to do the rest.
