• Given the finances of our teams, missing arbitration won't cause many issues. We already have half of our teams way over the $400 cap, so aggressive cuts and trades are on the way regardless.

• I got a response from Niv about arbitration. We are beyond the arbitration period and he couldn't find an easy solution. He suggests we just skip arbitration this first year and keep going with the current period - trades and keeper selections. All teams have until July 1 to cut or trade players. No cap penalties will apply until July 1. We can schedule our draft after that.

• I think we blew right past the arbitration - possibly it was our mistake, but I think the site wasn't showing those settings. I just emailed Niv to see if he can set us up with an arbitration period.

• Once I get confirmation about who placed third, I'll distribute the LeagueSafe money. I've also asked Niv to put the final week results back on the site. I'm hoping he keeps working on the football version of ottoneu, as there is much to improve. If the baseball version is any indication, I would expect the football version to get much better.

• I'm pretty sure it was Shooting Ropes, but pretty sure doesn't count. All I have to say is I'm changing my team name to the Same Ole Sorry Ass LA Rams next year after the Rams move back to Los Angeles. Yesterday's loss to the 49ers pretty much summed up the Rams stay in St. Louis. They could have won, but got a 48 yard FG attempt blocked in OT. Except for the Greatest Show on Turf years with Warner, Bruce, Holt, etc, the Rams totally sucked in STL. Better luck back in LA.

• Niv's response: Teams can always set their lineups for the next week by clicking the right arrow on the lineup page. There was a bug last week that caused people to get moved to the bench, but that bug has been fixed and shouldn't be a problem going forward.

• I can't cut players from phone or iPad. I've tried it 100 times. I just press the cut button and nothing happens. And I can't adjust my lineup without cutting a player. What should I do? Come Mitch, maybe you could cut Johnny football for me and then I can adjust my lineup.

• When did you set your lineup? When I checked Tuesday everyone was on your bench and they were on your bench still yesterday. I believe once the new week starts you will have to set your lineup every week. Everyone was on my bench Tuesday and had to set it.

• One trick (you may already know) is to keep your iffy player as a Flex, so your late swap can be any type of replacement. Football is harder than baseball to be perfect about rosters, because so many NFL teams lie about injuries and starters.
