• I'm with Dylan on this one, I too have to bow out after this year. Simply too many life moments pulling in too many directions to manage this team/league well enough to be competitive on a weekly basis. It's been fun!

• Sort of a mix, but closer to randoms. A few of us have met other in real life, some play in multiple leagues together, and maybe half the league just signed up for an open spot one year. There is definitely some overlap in those categories though.

• Thanks for the info. I'm fine with the $50 side bet. I'll use the LeagueSafe link from a previous post to ante up. As for cuts, since I currently have 34 players on my roster, it's probably easier to say who I'm NOT cutting. Please cut everyone EXCEPT: Hopkins, T.Hill, Brees, Engram, Hogan, Collins, Carson, Burkhead and Miller.

• Hi there. Yes, you can make cuts penalty-free. Just post who you want to cut and the commishes will make your cuts for you. Also you should know, we have a $50 side bet through LeagueSafe aside from the ottoneu membership fee. Are you okay with that?

• Hi all... I just claimed the abandoned War Dogs team. I've played fantasy football for a number of years, but this is my first time trying an Ottoneu league. Trying to get up to speed on the rules... it looks like I need to make cuts prior to the draft. Am I able to do that penalty-free? (And how on earth did this team end up with 34 players, when the roster limit is only 20?)

• If 6 teams get in maybe seed 1 & 2 get a first round bye to minimize random upsets. Then in 2nd round 1 seed gets to choose who to play after the wildcard round and 2 seed plays the other team.

• I'm fine with leaving it at 4, but I agree that 6 would keep interest longer and create a touch more excitement. My preference is 6, but won't complain at all if it stays at 4.

• Usually more playoff teams is more engaging and keeps people from giving up on the season. Obviously the ottoneu format helps with that. I’m fine keeping it at 4. 6 wouldn’t be the end of the world though.

• I play in another league with 6 playoff teams. I crept in to the playoffs at #6 one year with a 6-7 record, got hot, and won the league. No one was really happy about that.

• We have another new owner! Say hello to Walt, who will be taking over Mikey's Mauraders. he has pointed out that maybe there is no round of free cuts like in Otto baseball, so Huskies feel free to send me your cuts and I will make them for you (johndavidhook@gmail.com if that's easier).
