• I think someone said this but wanted to make sure it was clear, when you cut a $1 player, you dont get any cap relief, unless the player is added by another team.
  
  In fact, in this situation, cutting $1 players will make it more difficult to get under because you open up a roster spot.

• Whatever I already cut guys I don't want to cut. I didn't want to start Howard. I took steps to get my roster right. If it doesn't happen I'll make additional cuts. You went over for awhile and no one said anything, you didn't even know until I mentioned it to you. Veto King makes a big deal about mine and all the sudden it's a big deal. I'm fine with the rule moving forward.

• I get that. Everything is whole dollars and you get half, rounded down. If someone picks up your dropped player you get full amount. And in 30 days, you can reauction and get half of the remaining cost.
  
  Even being new, it's still not fair to me for you to roll with Cohen and an illegal roster when I cut him specifically because I miscounted and became illegal.

• I don't know how all this all works, I thought dropping $1 guys I would get 50 cents $7 guys give your $3 instead of $4 or $3.50. You make out getting your money back. I end up losing out on studs like Tua for $3. I thought you could trade to get out. Sent out offers before waiver period thought they would still be good. I only know what I read everything else has a been a learning process.

• Right so based on that rule, you wouldn’t have space to roster an additional player. So even with a successful claim, you still have to clear cap space.

• It’s the earning of points with the illegal lineup that I have issue with. It seems, if I wanted to, the last week of year, I could add the entire player universe with no penalty as long as I’m happy with lineup as is.

• In other words, by the time your waived guys clear, everyone needs to have a legal roster going forward. I dropped Cohen to get legal and you picked up Cohen to become illegal. That's not fair to me or any else.

• If a team has more than 20 rostered players or not enough cap space to roster 20 players, the team will be locked out of normal activities until a player is cut or moved off the team via trade. These activities include:
  Setting lineups
  Offering or accepting trades
  Bidding on auctions

• He isn't allowed to change lineup or make any additions with an illegal lineup. Since we didn't vote there is no other ramifications. But I feel that everyone must not have an illegal roster for more than 48 hours regardless. That is why I dropped Cohen. So, 2020, you need to fix your lineup asap
