hey y'all, so it turns out that Shake&Bake was still designated as having a round of penalty-free cuts after some issues with payment around the deadline and Johnson was their first cut of the year. Due to that, I'm going to let the transaction stand as is, but definitely something I will keep in mind for any future situations involving penalty-free cuts.
