• Scheduling looks pretty gnarly. The results code is xc2x2s7 if anyone else wants to look at it. Wednesday 3/19 and Friday 3/21 look best, but they are both Xs for two managers each. We've also got a lot of days with three Xs. September, St Clair (3/19), La Pantera, Clueless (3/21) -- look at whether you could move things to make that day work. • Yup, Jan 31st. All this winter meetings activity has wakened me from my post-WS slumber, will be trying to reach out but I've set up my trade block and would encourage others to do so as well. You can make trades and cuts until Jan 31, after which we'll shift to scheduling our draft :) Remember that your restricted free agent (see Arb Results) will be draft-eligible. In the draft, the previous owner gets a $5 discount on their auction salary if they win. RFAs cannot be traded.

• 27th is official. We had a lot of very busy managers this past couple months and no 100% available option ever emerged. When the 21st degraded -- a manager reached out to me to update his status, and I also got a new clash -- I tried to find something better. 27th had the most in the new poll. I don't like picking between bad options and held out the April option in hopes a longer lead would help, but no dice. Please have a proxy if you can't make it. (I'm also happy to help find one for you.)

• Unless I'm missing something, nobody said anything about a manager only having 3 days available? Balking listed the 3 days with the most managers available. Trying to get everyone there for the draft is something we should do everything we can to make happen, imo. There is the option of kicking off a slow draft ASAP and trying to speed through it, but I prefer live drafts
