Just kidding, appreciate the activity and interest, feedback, counters etc. Eager to be in an active league and sorry to stir the pot so soon upon entry. I also rolled my eyes at the 4 veto votes. Veto collusion only and that's basically it. I am very happy with my return and am exceptionally low on both guys I sold off. My intentions are clear and obvious. If it's so egregious, make a similar offer for Bryce and use it to your advantage. Otherwise, get over yourselves and have fun.

On my feed yesterday, after I vetoed trade , I saw a message that said, this trade no longer exists . My assumption was that it got recalled by the manager . I now assume the message I saw was just because I vetoed the trade and could no longer vote on it. It is what it is, I think the trade is far too one sided, especially 4 days after the draft. But I am a minority it appears

Don't know what you mean didn't exist yesterday a trade goes through in 24hrs, it takes 7 veto votes [50% +1] for a trade to be cancelled.

Four veto votes against that trade? You guys need to chill out. That kind of trade happens in every Ottoneu league I've ever been in. Truthfully, in 10 years of playing Ottoneu I'm not sure I've ever even seen a trade vetoed, much less one that follows an obvious decision to break down and rebuild. If I hadn't already paid up and invested, I'd be out of here TODAY. No wonder this league was in turmoil all offseason. LMAO at you guys. Get over yourselves and have fun.

People are free to manage their teams how they want but yeah, I don’t think that kind of preseason deal is great for any league. The very specific circumstances here (acquiring a team already paid for and getting a “free” rebuild year) no doubt create incentives for this kind of strategy. Wish we had a cleaner offseason and didn’t have those kind of incentives, but I’m just happy to have 12 engaged owners.
