March 27, 2025 11:24 AM : The Royals selected Biggio's contract from Triple-A Omaha on Thursday.
Analysis: In addition to winning a spot on the Opening Day roster, Biggio will draw a start at first base and will bat eighth in Thursday's game against the Guardians while Vinnie Pasquantino is limited to the designated-hitter spot. Biggio will fill a reserve role once Pasquantino is fully healthy.
