• There's a roster upload integration that I'll be using to update rosters automatically. It's about 99% accurate and I'll spot check, but I still suggest reviewing your rosters once uploaded to verify that it added the correct Will Smith to your team, for example.

• As we get the hang of it, we can reduce timers or increase number of players up for auction at a time. Based on open roster spots, the auction will probably take about a week. I can set everything up early this week and once everyone creates a free account and joins the draft on the couch managers site we can import rosters and set a start date.

• The goal is for every team to have a chance to bid on every player and respond if they are outbid, so my recommendation will be to set initial auction timers to 12 hours, with new high bids resetting clock to 4 hours (if the remaining time was less than that when new high bid is entered). We will pause overnight - since we span UK to West Coast US that will probably be something like 10pm to 7am Eastern Time. That gives everyone a chance to check auctions within 4 hours before and after pause.

• As a convert to slow drafts I’m excited to set one up for us. It’s essentially the same as a live auction, just with really long timers to accommodate different schedules and time zones. To help things move along faster, multiple players (up to 2 nominations per team) will be up for auction at the same time, and teams can bid on however many they want to win. Some players will be won ‘quickly’ once their initial timers run down, and others may take a few days with high bids resetting clocks.

• Jeff - Clase will provide more details, basically everyone nominates a few players and then you have 8 hours to create a "max bid" - think ebay. Clock resets with new bids, kind of like the Free agency process but with multiple players at once. Since it is slow we will have plenty of time to answer questions and get everyone acclimated.
