Analysis: Joe appeared to be the odd man out after it was announced earlier in the day that both Yuli Gurriel and Brandon Lockridge had made the Opening Day roster, and the team confirmed this by demoting Joe later in the day. He'll begin the 2025 season at Triple-A but could be seen in the big leagues later in the year.
