After today's game, the 20 year old Mike Trout has a season line of .349/.404/.546. Insane.

Don't all flood me with Haren offers at once now, my inbox can't handle it.

10 IP and -21 points for WAR tonight. Giving up 4 Haren bombs will do that do that to you...
-
Somebody please take Dan Haren off my hands. I am so done with him.

Lucky Strikes's trading block has been updated!

he may not but i like the upside so thought i would give it a shot

I had a hard time deciding whether Austin was worth a $1 bid or not - $5 is a lot to carry a corner infielder who may or may not have real power.

Damn Trout and Harper are good.
-
Sorry, but I still think the points calculation is off. I swear 20 minutes ago I was less than 10 points out of first place. I now have 20 more points on the night than last time I looked while Shoeless has zero on the night. Yet now I'm back 45?
-
Wow, A ball guy goes for $5. Steep

Classic line from Razzball today: "When Dickey's on the mound this year, urine trouble..."

Guess I also have to give this bike a try.

Well, there it is: Aroldis Chapman gave up a run last night. Worthless. If I don't get a good offer now I'm dropping him...

shoppinh Hart, Heyward, and/or Morse, plus any prospects I have, for help at 3b and SP.

No trading for me for a little bit. I can't even evaluate my roster because I keep forgetting whom I own and whom I don't!! I've made like 9 transactions in past 3-4 days.

Dammit, of course McCarthy dominates...Texas...the last possible game I could've used him. Good riddance Mr. Consistency.

Getting some interest in Brett Lawrie, contenders -- if you are interested let me know. Would be looking for sub $30 ML ready hitters
-
I hope Cano is worth it...pretty much all my trade chips have now been cashed in...
-
Agree with Jed. These deals help but a lot of times you're just opening up another hole on your roster.

I don't know that all that much changed with these trades. Just shuffling point production from one area to another.

I'm pretty much out of it with this recent barrage of deals. It was fun while it lasted. Syndicate, I should have accepted your offer 4 Cruz. Good thing for you I didn't
-
Hammel and Peavy on the block. Very cheap and very good P/IP. Haren also available, but pricier.

These trades really keep you on your toes when you're competing. Hate to do it, but Middlebrooks back on the block. Willing to trade him for anything that helps now. Pitching not high priority; prefer offense.
-
Syndicate has been driving some hard bargains in trades and it is really paying off. Great positioning for 2013.

I didn't realize how bad LoMo has been...yikes
-
Similar to the Durham trade for Stanton, great deal for Syndicate here. Makes sense for Chiefs though. If Halladay comes back healthy this is a big win for 2013.
-
I'm also real low on Lester and Cruz right now, if they both return to may work out long term for Chiefs too

Wow, another big deal. Seems like big long term win for Syndicate, but Chiefs gets the help he needs right now. I couldn't have pulled the trigger there, be interesting to see if it works out.

I figured Jorge de la Rosa not being able to mastermind minor league hitters was probably a bad sign for his prospects of contributing this year.

Jed, not trying to tell you how to run your team, but now that you've picked up D. Gee and are over your roster cap, it would be a good time to think about dropping a guy like Carlos Gonzalez. Just a thought...

Here is one of the FanGraphs league. Right there with us in points: http://ottoneu.fangraphs.com/248/home

And there it is...2nd place
-
Let me rephrase: Skaggs still very very good
-
Venters less effective this year and Skaggs has lost a bit of luster...not quite the ace projected. Any SS can be valuable, but Hamilton with 100+ SB/year might be a ... steal
-
That Stanton trade for Durham goes down as one of the smarter trades of the year for me. Picking up Stanton for Kemp might actually be a wash but now and for '13, and the prospects received outweight what he gave up.
-
Remember the long painful off season between the arbitration deadline and the draft? That's the perfect time to vote on some of these proposals. No changes in-season, but good to discuss.
-
I guess I'll have to just resign myself to losing Melky Cabrera this offseason : (
