Gentlemen (I assume), Nimmo is generously agreeing to work around his schedule to draft on Feb. 23 but has to start at 2 pm. The other option for a Sunday before the season starts would be March 22.

Doesn't have to be Sunday, but Sundays sure are a lot less hectic than during the work week, at least for me.

I'm sending out offers before the deadline. If I send you an offer that is a duplicate from the past, my apologies. I can't remember all that I have offered and not researching to see what I did. A simple reject, with a counter-offer if any interest, or a message stating you plan to keep the player I inquire about would be great. Just trying to see if any of my tradeable pieces have interest before the deadline.
