  • We should find a time before those games. We have over a month of days to find an hour of time to draft. Unfair to the teams that have players, and more importantly pitchers, that are playing in those two games. This is coming from someone that doesn't really have people in those game

  • My only input on this is that it's better to not have a team at the auction and use a proxy from the Ottoneu message boards than to not count points for the Japan series.

  • It sounds like there is a team unavailable the 28th. Can everyone take one more look at the Doodle poll and make sure there aren't any other days you could make work to draft? Or are there other times of the day on some of those days you could make work? Would be great if we can get everyone available. Otherwise to get everyone we might need to push later in March after that opening series (in which case points wouldn't count for those few games)

  • I have it at 8pm EST. I've heard from one manager that it would be hard to do later than that. I'd be ok going earlier than that if everyone prefers, though that may be hard for some West Coast folks

  • As of now with most of the league responding to the pool, it looks like March 5th is probably our best bet. If anyone can't possibly make that work, please let me know ASAP.

  • In addition, I put 8pm EST as the default but if you are generally available earlier in the day please let me know (I seem to remember last year a little earlier in the day worked best for the draft). As an example, I’m on the west coast, but with two kids under three it’d almost be easier to take a few hours off work and draft in the afternoon west coast time!
