At least I can understand why Herrera's projections change; Fowler, not so much. Since i looked at him early in the off-season (maybe before he signed with SL) Steamer has decreased the # of games played and PAs (it's still too high, a number he's almost never reached and it's pretty surprising Steamer thinks he'll find improved health after 30), while increasing p/pa and p/g.
