Also, everyone had fair shot at both Rizzo and Harper who have been on my trade block for awhile, and this was by far package with most collective upside without giving up another piece in addition to those two.

Kruk-you had it right the first time. Horrible trade. One of the downfalls in Ottoneu, too easy to dump at the deadline. And you declined getting Judge back for that!? I'm still holding out hope that I could get to the third spot(even though it's doubtful), but make me some offers for Judge. I'd be interested in that and keeping the power balance also.

In general I get your objection to flipping proven premium players for unproven prospects. But I think when you look at Laser's roster, it's now concentrated the # of players who can get arb'ed this offseason, almost ensuring that players like Harper and Rizzo are going back into the pool. It also gives me (a really young roster now) some arb protection and plenty of trade fodder in the offseason.

Laser does this every year, and people still haven’t figured out that loading up on prospects isn’t a winning strategy. Most of the time after a trade like this the team gets abandoned cause they realize what they did. It’s a great move by him and it’s why he’s won as much as he has

I offered Judge plus young guys. It wasn’t some slapdick offer. Definitely a different type of offer so I understand where you’re coming from, but I offered one of the best hitters in the league at a good price, and you took a bunch of unproven prospects. Good prospects, but not one guy in the majors. We disagree on player value. That’s fine, but you just flipped the power balance of the league and you didn’t get one established player.

Lol. It’s a dynasty league with salaries. You’re value on Kuechel is way off. If anything, Devers and Snell are the closest to equal considering age and cost. Just my opinion though.

Okay, Devers for Keuchel and your all good. Devers has actually struggled this year but I'll give you that one. The rest of the deal makes it lopsided. Snell and Alvarez are the next best keepers in the trade. Snell the best player in the trade. Just look at his numbers. And he has upside as young as he is.

Don’t act like Devers isn’t an asset. He’s 21 and a great value. He’s the best long term guy in that deal.

Selling,, and you trade Blake Snell?? If your really selling for future, Snell should not be in that trade. Not really a good sign when a lopsided trade is made and the person getting the worst end is wishing Good Luck. Hopefully the league will police this one and vote to veto that trade. Doubtful though. Very rare for a trade to get vetoed in Ottoneu. Come on man, get value if your selling.
