He's talking about how I have 41 roster spots, making me one over, b/c Joe Musgrove isn't on the 60 day IL. Once Joe is put on the 60 IL it doesn't count against my max roster spots. His salary still counts in your budget though. I'll prolly cut someone soon but it's no rush since were not setting lineups yet.

That all sounds right. We’ll just need to help enforce roster limits when games kick off. But fir bow with IL designations to come and more ST cuts to be made…its not a big issue other than preventing you from adding players or accepting or requesting trades

Emy…yes, we have roster and salary limits now. 40 roster spots plus 60IL beyond the 40. I am guessing Aqua is saying he will not punish teams for going over 40. But, you will be locked out of all roster moves except “cut” until you come into compliance.

great job last night everyone. sorry for the little lock out snafu (but ottoneu's rule on that is a lock out the rest of the draft, which is way too much and should just be one round max...). Anyway, all seems to have worked out and we are in spring training form. Good luck with adds. And if you go over the roster limit, I'm not going to be too concerned in the pre-season since guys who are IL eligible haven't yet been designated by their teams (b/c they don't have to yet)
