• I went ahead and cut players down to core 2020 team a couple days early. Room to draft/pick-up ten, with $157 to spend, so I'll probably start the season with a little surplus. My only real need is Reliever, which I can get in draft or via Free Agency in reg season. I'll see who you all drop in a couple days and start planning draft strategy and targets. It should be a fun one, I'll be playing to win this time out. (Probably over-confidently, but the team might contend for 2 - 3 seasons.)

• Well as long as you're making the trade on purpose. I would recommend not only looking at points produced from last season though...

• To make sure i'm not crazy I posted the trade on otto slack and it received 14 votes for bellinger side, 0 votes for other side, and 8 votes that include emjois for: "poop", poop on fire", "steal" and "dumpster fire".

• Between injuries and the general sucking of several players, I'm considering selling some pieces to retool. Not a full on rebuild around low A guys, but I would consider moving some higher priced guys to position for 2020.

• Brainiacs log stardate 19D14: I knew after I ran the projection numbers that my team was going to be bad in 2019. I suspected it before I ran the numbers, but comparing all fully formed teams it was obvious. So I began tearing it down, acquiring prospects and 60 day IL players and cheap regulars with upside potential. Now the tear down is in the final phase, I can hold onto my remaining players or replace them as the season progresses. Hopefully in 2020 I will have a really interesting team.
