Intend to be be very active as always

Before I reup for this league I want to make sure it is actually going to be viable. We have one abandoned team and we have at least four owners who have not been active on the site for over a month and a couple for 2 months or more. That having been said about half the league has been pretty active this off season. Can one of the commissioners let us know where we stand on renewals? I enjoy this league and am happy to stay, but not if it is going to be a zombie league.

I've already heard from Youngbloods who isn't returning next year. Is there anyone else who isn't planning on playing next year? It'd be great to get new owners in the door before Arbitration begins.

Not sure that “I wish I had made that trade qualifies” as a reason to veto, but the veto button is there for a reason.

You certainly have the right to veto if you want. Would have to be a lot worse for me to veto. Motivations here not as clear to me.

I'm not finishing in the money so I'm just keeping tabs for 2024, but it seems fishy. Correa blows (-10 WAR). Even if he turns into Babe Ruth for the next eight weeks, stinky fingers would at best finish 11th. Then keep Correa at $38 next year when there are 25 better SS for cheaper (p/g)? Meanwhile the rich get richer with a top 10 closer to seal the prize $?

Can anyone explain this accepted trade between the 1st and last place teams? I voted to veto, but I assume 1/2 the league won't do the same before it's processed.

I'd like to thank Mookie Betts for carrying my team through these last few weeks to get me over the cut line in OPL (and within striking distance of first place in this league).

hey yall TTO had told me after he took over the team some players he wanted to cut and I missed the email until he pointed it out today. I will cut these players for no penalty since it was an oversight on my part. For transparency it is Jesse Winker, Jean segura, Taijuan Walker, Trevor Rogers, and German Marquez.

Are we going to have close to full participation in the draft tonight? I know TTO and Sticky Fingers will miss as they are attending NCAA tournament games tonight. Sounds like Musial has a conflict but attempting to draft from phone. Any issues with others? I know it's tough to get 100% participation in these but if we have several out I would suggest considering another draft date.

Hey everyone, sorry for not being the most active commissioner. I was friend's with TTO who put me in charge with him leaving. 1) would happily give it up to someone who wanted it because I am a tax acccountant and this time of year is hectic for me. 2) If not, throw out some dates that a potential draft might work for yall?
I usually prefer Sunday nights but can be flexible.

I'm also eager to set a draft date. My schedule is filling up in March so it'd be great to get a date down on the calendar.

Any thoughts on a draft date? If we are doing a weekend 3/11 and 3/12 work best for me as I have drafts the other weekends, but I can do back to back days in need be. Can also make a weeknight work, except Tuesdays.

I have drafts in other leagues on the following dates so would prefer to avoid: 3/5, 3/18, 3/19 and 3/25. Other weekend days are good at the moment. Can also do most weeknights except for Tuesdays.

It shouldn't be hard to find a couple of new managers, especially for such an active league. And if they join the league after the cut deadline, we'll give them the ability to cut players prior to the draft.

What’s going on with this league? We have 2 teams without owners and another team that hasn’t logged on since November. Only one team is showing up as available though on the Otto site??

Hey guys. I wanted to let everyone know that I am going to be moving on from Ottoneu. There are a couple of other commissioners listed that should be able to manage things going forward. I've enjoyed my time here, but I've lost the desire to put in the time necessary to do Ottoneu justice at this point. Good luck to everyone!

Please let me know what the league wants to do with Uncle Charlie. The team did not complete Arbitration but has been active recently. Chicago Whales and Roger Dorn both messaged that they did not wish to return. These teams are abandoned and available for new owners. Additionally, I abandoned Sticky Fingers as well. The owner had not been active in several months and would not respond to messages or complete Arb. So we have 3 teams available. If you know of any prospective owners please recruit
