• So the hard ass commissioner in me would add this...let them draft if they show up. But if they are not there by 8:15, I would lock them out from nominating. Because I don't think anyone in this league wants to be drafting until 1 am tonight. If they happen to join after 8:15, great...but they will need to tell you to unlock them. Just a suggestion...I will shut up now and fade into the back

• The issue is that I don't believe Sharks can get a refund at this point. I think once the draft starts, the refund period is over. So I would say let him draft...it will drastically skew the prices for tonight, but they were skewed on Saturday because a team was missing. I understand everyone's heartache about their sleepers costing 5x what they were thinking they were going to get them for (ps: you probably weren't getting them cheap anyway).

• I don't know what options you have. Sharks paid the entry fee and missed the first half. I don't know the reason, but it really doesn't matter. If they show up tonight, then you roll with the punches. He missed out on a lot of the top players (and in some instances players went for $10+ less than what they should have went for) and there were bargains for a lot of teams on Saturday. That's just not the case tonight.

• 2. Allowing them to participate after 50-75 auctions this evening (allowing teams to fill out roster using same economics that were used on the first night).
  
  3. In the other vein, allowing them in on the first 50-75 guys in order to pursue mid tier guys and locking them out after in order to prevent bloated low tier/sleeper prices.

• While he did miss out on the "top" players, he also did not bid on them or many of the tier below. So now every team should be trying to get mid-low tier guys at bargain prices (what they are valued at on average) but will not be able to as they would be outbid. It would make it incredibly difficult for teams to fill out their rosters.
  
  Couple of solutions include:
  1. allowing them to auction 40 FAs after the draft.

• Yeah I don't see it as a big issue. Even if Shark gets all the top players it's a huge disadvantage they missed Day 1 of the auction. And we all had opportunities to nominate anyone we really wanted on Saturday
