I appreciate knowing things have changed for the better. Communication, making leagues fun and staying responsive/interactive makes it so much more fun. Y’all are too kind. I didn’t have the (dis)pleasure of living through more than one season of the old regime but it wasn’t for me either. My decade as a Varsity Assistant to coaches who were awful about considerate communication has traumatized me into a toxic over-planner and communicator. Plus I’m a people pleaser, whatever enneagram number my wife tells me that is lol. I’m thankful to those who stayed and those who joined! Here’s to a great season!
