• I’m aware. 4 used to be the standard across all fantasy until maybe about ten-fifteen year ago. Now 6 is the default, whether you’re in a 10 or 12 team. It coincides with real world sports leagues in the quest for more money. NBA/NHL now let over half the league in. It makes earning a spot less exciting, and lowers the bar. I respect any decision by the Commish, but I’ll always believe 50% or > is too much. If Ottoneu allowed 5 that would be good.

• I am in 7 leagues .I have never seen a league that have only 4 playoff teams until the joined this one. It is very rare. See for yourself . Go to Browse Leagues look for H2H leagues and see for yourself.

• Trade deadline approaching in a few hours. A few manager have asked us if we can expand the playoff spots from 4 to 6 (2 byes) which might be a good idea. I think we might change it for the next season. Good luck to all the playoffs teams.

• I have set the date based on the survey. I also picked friday, rather than thursday which had the same popularity to account for people on the east coast and set it earlier. We have exactly one month to plan for this date. Please do your best, as it is hard enough to set up a date when you guys have 18 leagues haha.
