  • I feel bad about the Z's win turned loss, and now I feel bad for Bobby, who was victim of a really bad beat. Bobby enters the 8th inning of the last game of the week (mets/Angels) with a 40ish point lead over me and his Lugo on mound. Win % about 99. Lugo walks a guy and hands off to my Diaz, but the most this can swing is about 20, so still looking good. Only one way to lose. New mgr Nevin to bring in Iglesias in 9th in non-save and give up dong to Alonso, then Eddie saves it. Brutal.

  • Lol, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Had a feeling something was fishy that week. Pretty wacky that after-the-fact corrections “will not change H2H results” obv not my fave rule

  • From Niv: Thanks for bringing this to my attention. My guess is that this was due to a MLB stat correction. They can happen well after a game is finalized and will result in points changing.

    From the rules page:

    III. e. "MLB stat corrections will be applied as necessary and in as timely a fashion as possible. Stat corrections will affect team stat and point totals, but will not change H2H results after the fact"

  • I didn't see that until now. I remember getting some points in the Sunday night game that week to pull ahead by a point or two to finish the week ahead -- I wonder if there was a scoring adjustment after. The records should be corrected -- is there someone from Otto that can fix it? Commish?
