Hey everyone! I'm the new guy...not the delinquent finally showing up. This is my first year in Ottoneu but I've been managing a 5x5 team in a very mature league since halfway through the offseason. This should be fun!

So it looks like those who responded are good with a replacement manager for that team. If anybody knows of someone who would like that challenge, let me know asap. Otherwise I will try to find another manager through the "managers seeking teams" board or other avenues that ottoneu provides.

Seeing as every attempt has been made to contact them I feel we should replace as soon as possible if an option.

I would think a new manager would want as much time as possible to make moves and adjust the team. If we are going to replace this year, we probably need to go now or just wait until next season. If 98er's isn't going to participate, I'd rather replace now if possible.

Ok Friendly Confines members - what are we going to do about Stable of 98ers? They have not been on the site since our auction draft. I emailed them to find out their intentions, but received no reply. We can either leave it as is or try to find a new manager for this season. If we leave it as is, they could eventually show up or we can get a new manager next season. Any thoughts?

For all the new managers to ottoneu- since the league is full, a new heading has appeared on the leagues homepage titled Auction Draft. Click on it and you can see the format of our draft. Also, YouTube has a video demonstrating how the draft is performed. Go to YouTube, in search bar type ottoneu fantasy draft and an 18 minute video should display. Just some helpful info for new managers to ottoneu.

Alright gang. Thanks to all for your input about draft time. Majority of you are good with any time and messaging with two managers who live abroad, a draft time has been decided. (Yes, our league is worldwide). Our draft is scheduled for Saturday March 27th at 4:30pm (eastern time). Excited to get this league started. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. See you all at the draft.

Sorry but there is no auto draft option in an ottoneu auction draft. Maybe ottoneu ought to look into that for the future.

I've been asked to see if there is any interest in moving our auction draft time back a few hours to maybe 3:00 (eastern time). The first draft in a newly formed league (that's us) usually lasts roughly 6 hours to complete. All future drafts won't last as long because of everybody's keepers. Let me know what the league members think. Thanks.
