  • And just to be clear, you need to trade for someone else's reserved minor league player. For example, I could not trade for Wander Franco from Big Papi (on his 40-man) and then say he's on my MiLB.

  • No, the only way to add to your MiLB roster is through the semi-annual drafts, or a trade. You can add a cut MiLB prospect to your 40-man prospect so long as we are not in a "draft period". Hope that makes sense!

  • He becomes a free agent like anyone else.
    Was Duran obtained in a trade from someones protected list?
    If so you can add him to your milb.
    If not you can only ADD PLAYERS to your milb list via trade if that player was protected or via draft.
