July 26, 2024 7:49 AM : Severino did not factor into the decision in an extra-inning win over Atlanta on Thursday, allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out six.
Analysis: Severino allowed multiple baserunners in four of the six innings in which he appeared, and while he managed to limit the damage, the right-hander was unable to make it through six innings for the first time in nine starts. Severino has held opponents to two or fewer runs in each of his last three outings, though he's also walked multiple batters in four straight.
