Just put Rodon and Odor back on Jared's (Rat City) roster due to confusion over the cap penalties. Remember - salary relief rounds down. If you cut a $7 player and they go unclaimed you get $3 in cap space back. You get no relief for cutting a $1 player unless they are claimed on waivers.

Phillies/Yankees game also cancelled....what a disaster. Seems like somehow they are planning on playing the rest of the games tonight but if 1/3 of the Marlins tested positive, hard to see how they can keep going?
