Alright, seems pretty clear that we are going to stick with the MiLB5 draft to start right after the auction, and we can drop it to 12 hours, with overnight being a pause. But looking back, most of the league are on the ball. It only took about 3 days last year to complete, so not going to be crazy enforcing the 12 hours. More like if someone is abusing the limit.
-
We’re in favor of the MILB draft starting up after or the day after the auction. Shorting the pick time is fine with us though it’s rare anyone use the whole 24 hours.
-
agreed
-
I think the milb draft should be right after the auction as well. I would also be in favor of lowering the time limit from 24 hours to 8-12, with draft pausing overnight.

Yeah we vote to start the MiLB slow draft right after the regular draft ends.

Yes MiLB should be immediately after draft.

hey all..check to see if your draft rooms work, mine didn't and I got an error message, contacted Niv and he said some people with chrome are having that issue..I had to download firefox to get it to work, you may want to check now in case you have to do same.

I have a draft in another League coming up on Sunday. They also have an m i l b roster.
Their roster is 10 players. It's going to be tough I've been studying the last few days and hope I'll be ready

Waiting two weeks will give us the chance to pick up younger players at no cost. Meaning we won't need to take up a roster spot with somebody who may be two or more years away.
Players that you might not draft originally.

Like I said I have no preference and will go with the majority. However both options have their strong points.
Having the auction right after the draft makes the cream of the crop available at no cost. Of course the really good Stars can be picked up during the draft. Waiting two weeks gives us more time to evaluate talent. It also gives teams with better Roster management a chance to pick up players closer to being majorly ready.

This is to help streamline and minimize people potentially picking up guys that aren't allowed to be in that 2 week dead period.
