• Arbitration Rules
  Arbitration starts on February 15 and lasts until Feb. 28th
  Arbitration allows teams to add dollars to players on other teams in their league
  Every team has a $60 allocation budget to utilize as they see fit
  Every team must give every other team in their league at least $1 and no more than $8 in additional salary
  No player can be allocated more than $4 of additional salary by another team ($44 league max)

• February 15th is the start of the allocation process. This is mandatory and basically you get a month to raise the salary of other players in the league. It is a rather simple process and the rules are on the rule page but if you have any questions let me know. You do the allocation in your own free time and could take as little as 10 min. and you can change your mind leading up to the March 15th deadline. We will randomly reset the divisions after this process. If you don't plan on being in the league next year now is the time to tell me.

• I agree the site isn't flashy but there are 2 factors that I really like; the 24 hour mini-auctions & the arbitration process. The mini-auctions are the best way to process FAs and we have always done it that way but now I don't have to manage it and no one knows who started the auction so you don't know who you are bidding against, it's great. The arbitration process will take place after the SB and is just like out previous RFA system but better and again I don't have to manage it. And as far as I know, no other site does these two things that we have always done with accuracy and ease. These 2 factors along with the preseason auction are the heart of our league so they are the overriding factors for me. There is 1 thing I hate and that is the absence of a leaderboard. But I have been informed that there will be one soon.

• Rosters - We had 20 man rosters before so the real difference is the 2 extra teams which takes about 30-40 FA out of the pool. However, we didn't have college players & kickers and we started 1 less WR, so once you factor all that in it the bench would seem deeper and about 20 less FA. With that said there has been well over 100 cuts and adds approaching 150 and that dwarfs all pervious FA pickups even if you combined the last two years together and it's only week 5, so someone is picking up guys. But I see what you're saying and maybe the rosters could be a few less. I do think guys will start to explore trades a bit more in the weeks to come. Also, keep in mind we had a firm cap before and half the league would be maxed out by week 3 which left the FA pool to the few teams with cap space but now everyone can free up cap space by making a cut or two so the FA pool has become more competitive.

• 1) It's a Dynasty, not a Redraft. Deep rosters are requisite. 2) It's the NFL; you WILL need to be deep. Just a glance at your team shows you have been one of the lucky ones so far in terms of Injuries. 3) Yeah, the site isn't flashy and it seems somewhat primitive. But this is a site for experienced gamers, which assumes you know what you're doing and don't need a lot of "expert advice", etc. Personally I appreciate the minimalism and no ads, after years of Yahoo/CBS/ESPN/NFL and all the annoying popups / bels and whistles. Then again I have a year of Otto-baseball under my belt and I've gotten used to it. My $.02

• I'm curious what you all think of this site and the rules so far? Here is my take... my assessment 5 weeks in is I hate the Ottoneu site. There is nothing to like about the user interface. Also, I don't care for the super deep bench. Its like playing in a standard 16 or 20 team league when it comes to finding free agents.

• How do we get our lineup to submit? I've entered it multiple times and when I leave the page and come back my lineup is empty again. I don't see a submit button anywhere
