• Been fielding a few questions about the Fournette auction. His auction was started in the system and is set to conclude this afternoon. Let's go with the result of his current auction on the Ottoneu site. So go ahead and bid on him if you're interested. All bids must be at least $33. If, for some reason, he was nominated by mistake and the winning bid is less than $33, he'll go back into the FA pool. Sorry for the confusion.

• Following up on the issue this weekend. I removed both Lev Bell and Leonard Fournette from Paul's team to get it under the cap. However, the system reset their values to $1 (instead of their original price). Although these players are listed as $1 free agents, we'll go with their proper cut values in the interest of fairness. Thus, bidding on the players will be as follows:
  
  Bell - starts at $38
  Fournette - starts at $33
  
  Since there's no way of resetting their free agent value, we'll have to run auctions for these players manually. This will entail the following process:
  1. If you want to start an auction for either player, send me an email.
  2. I'll notify the league that the auction has started
  3. We'll allow 24 hours for bidding sent to an email that I don't check often.
  4. After 24 hours, I'll open the bids and see who has the highest bid.
  5. I'll then add the player to the appropriate team at the auction price.

• One clarification on Bell: His auction has just been started at $1. The system SHOULD have put him back to his cut salary of $38. In the interest of fairness, I'm going to redo the auction once it's complete and attempt to reset his price to $38. I hope you all understand.

• posting my email message here on the discussion board: One of our league members (Paul - Gators Bitches) is experiencing a serious health issue. This will prevent him from being an active member of the league for the near future. For the time being, I will assume control of his team.
  
  I’m led to believe his health issue impacted his decision to claim Lev Bell (at full cost). His roster is now more than $70 over the cap. I’ve decided to reverse this claim in order to get Paul’s roster eligible for the remainder of the season. The only other solution would be to cut a major player like Julio Jones. This action would obviously have a significant impact on the rest of the league. Thus, it seems reversing the Bell claim is the fairest decision for the rest of the league.
