I thought that last offer was generally fair, but personally I really want to keep Gainwell, so I took him out and reduced the loan by $5 to compensate. If you think Gronk will turn it around, I would also do: Juju/Rivers/Davis/Gronk for Thomas/Higbee + $40, so you can counter with that if you prefer it.
