• Makes sense - that's more than fair. I also think it's fair to communicate that we'd like them to remain an owner but would need some response by a set date, maybe week 12?

• I was trying to keep them competitive while still being sensitive that it's possible the owner had a real life health issue or something preventing them from keeping up with their team right now but that they may want to move forward later... In general I'm trying to buy time for them to come back without sacrificing the competitiveness of the league in the mean time.

• Works for me, though if that owner can't make acquisitions or trades, the team will likely become less competitive as the season progresses with byes and injury attrition. Would prefer the new owner at least be open to continuing next year.

• Hey League, please read and respond. I Got Hurts Fieldsings hasn't checked his team in three weeks and is affecting the rankings by losing games with IR and injured players in his lineup. I reached out to him with no response. Is the league ok with me adding a second owner to just put in the projected best lineup? I just don't want playoff teams in a money league decided by a win over a team that isn't checking their team.

• So if Bring Your Playbook is OK missing on the 29th does that work? Would appreciate some feedback so we can decide quickly before everyone's schedules fill up. Also wanted to ask if anyone is interested in adding the consolation bracket? Obviously has no impact on the winner or payouts but just keeps the lower teams involved and engaged through the end of the year.

• Welp, I have wheelbarrows of cabbage to toss around, and my team stunk last year, so I am begging you to work around MY schedule! Seriously. Unfortunately, the 2 weekends preceding the NFL opener will be difficult due to travel & commitments. I will do my best to accommodate any other dates/times that work best for the group.

• It's that time of the year, it's almost time for the 2024 Draft! Hopefully we're set on owners for the year, but please let me know if you're planning not to renew in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime I wanted to get a little earlier start to hopefully avoid last year's issue. Please go to the below link and indicate the days and or times that work or are a problem for you. Once I have a feel for which day or day(s) are an issue or work for the largest group I will send out specific dates and times to get input before finalizing. I will make an effort to give at least a weeks notice but please check the league regularly to keep up with this as we get closer to the season.

• Boy do I feel silly. Here I was thinking this guy was just butt hurt about missing the draft and then finding no sympathy for his tantrum, but it turns out he was actually defending the integrity of his roster and, arguably, the entire league!
  
  Not sure why our guy is even checking the league page at this point, much less making transactions, but the psycho ex routine wears thin quickly so the faster we can vacate the team the better off everyone will be.
