Just a reminder we are ONE WEEK away from our draft night of Sept. 4 at 8:00 p.m. Please come prepared and ready to go so we can aim for a quick and smooth draft. The season starts the following day so if you miss it, there is no rescheduling. You will have to make a team with the slim leftovers afterwards.

Thank you guys for your responses. This addition was proposed to me after the cut deadline which is why i wanted to run it by you guys. There were a couple that were for it but clearly the majority of the league is against it so we will stick with our regular roster lineup for this season and can review at the end of the year once again. Thanks guys!

I'm going to agree with those opposed with this. If this was under consideration then teams should've been notified before cuts were made. Either way I'm still "rebuilding" a mess from the previous owner.

We would've made our cuts/trades very differently so absolutely object to including another flex for this season, but would be fine adding one next year if that's what the group wants!

I’m fine with the decision either way. I see the point in waiting, I also think we are all in the same boat though so if we did add it on it wouldn’t be a huge deal. But I’m just excited to have an expanded playoff!! lol Good luck this year everyone

That was my thought as well but it was proposed to me so I thought I would take it to the league to see if it was something other's wanted as well

I have a problem with adding an extra flex. I don't think a decision to adjust rosters post cut deadline is fair. It effects the way managers may decide to build their roster and could have forced the manager to cut extra players knowing that their starting lineup was going to consist of more roster spots. If this is a change that you want to implement, I believe it needs to be agreed on before the offseason starts..
