• The only person to mark tonight unavailable was McHale who was the person that wanted the draft this week and said he was available. So I'm of the mind that if 12 people show up tonight we get it done. If not, we'll move it to the 21st. Speak up if you won't be there tonight.

• I can't see results of the poll. I think I filled it out, but I also filled it out twice already after it got reset the first time. I can make most times work so I'm flexible and it doesn't matter much to me. I already put Wednesday in the calendar, but any of the dates are good with me.

• McHale, You marked out that you're not available during the week after 9pm EST/6pm PST which is the only time that would work during the week. I'm on the West Coast and am not done with work until after 6pm. If you can't make that work then we don't have a time that will work for everyone. So let me know...
  
  We only received 8 responses for far as well, so if you're one of the four that didn't respond (W2, Majerus, Patience and Otto), let us know quickly as well. For now, we're sticking with this Wednesday, but still might change.

• yeah, the leaderboard and stat sorting is sub-optimal on here. I went to Players->Leaderboard and switched to Free Agents Only and Exported as a .csv file and imported it into Google Sheets. I moved and deleted some columns and then just created new columns and created an equation to get the fantasy points total and averages. For whatever reason, the Total Fantasy Points is off, as our minutes and Games played (and probably others) on the export but when I put in the equation it seemed to land on the right Average Fantasy points for each player so whatever was happening there was a uniform mistake. Before Niv put in a leaderboard (I believe last season), I had set up a spreadsheet. with those equations, so now it only takes me like 5-10 minutes if I need it.

• Here's a list of eligible players in the draft sorted by fantasy points per game last year. 7 players out there that averaged 40 fantasy pts per game and 2 of them are on the wrong side of age 35 (Durant and DeRozan), then 2 with injury concerns (Ball and Irving), leaving Haliburton, Booker and Tatum as the prize picks of the draft.

  Draft shouldn't take more than 2 hours and we've done it on a weekday after 6pm PST/9pm EST before. Or we can do it this weekend (my preference).

• I don't mind an early draft. It's always fun to get things rolling again. Why are two teams (CGT and Walden) highlighted in red on the main page? Did guys positions update and they're locked in the wrong spots? I tried to look and it isn't that because it defaulted to my roster and I have Sabonis as a F when he can only be a C now so I would also e red if that were the rule. Anyway, I'm sure you guys know what you did.

• 12 votes were cast, unanimous to change it 1 division and 10-2 for 3 matchups per week. 6 playoff teams got 7 votes and 8 playoff teams got 3 votes which makes me believe there's a strong desire for more playoff teams. We'll move it to 6 for this year and see how it goes. Next up is figure out a draft date. As for the salary cap, I'm of the persuasion that we should see if the more playoff teams cures what ails us and see how the season plays out. I don't wish to curb trading and without 3-way trades, I feel it's going to be more problematic than it's worth. That being said, I'm more than happy to revisit it again next offseason if it's still a problem.

• I'd been on a long offseason slumber but woke up to accept a trade. These all seemed reasonable to me in the poll. I'm not a fan of changes that make trading more difficult though, making ridiculous trades is all part of the game. I do think that if we make these other changes then it limits the teams that are completely out of it and drops the concern about teams loading up. It's not like the overall top scoring team ever wins. There's plenty of variance and it will be more so with extra playoff teams. I don't feel strongly enough about any of these to put up a stink about any of it though. But, moving to one division seems like a no brainer.

• 9 responses so far, moving to 1 division and playing against 3 teams a week will pass, both have 7 or more votes already. Playoff team expansion still undecided, 5 votes for 6 teams, 3 votes for 8 teams, 1 vote to keep it at 4.
