Thanks for the response, not sure if that late will work for everyone. I think we are gonna go with Monday the 21st at 6:30pm central time as that was the majority in the vote with 10 of 12 managers. If that doesn’t work for you hopefully we can get a proxy to help us out from the Ottoneu community.

I have another draft at 9 EST on the 18th that probably runs about an hour, so I can probably make something work, but would like as little overlap as possible

So it looks like Friday the 18th and Monday the 21st are our best options. No days give us all 12 so if anyone can switch things around to make one of those 2 days work that would be greatly, greatly appreciated from everybody otherwise we are gonna need to try to find proxy’s in the Ottoneu community to fill in for the 21st. Let me know what we can make work.
