My team stinks this year and has no real path forward to contention. SGA is about to being priced out of being a keeper. I would rather take the chance on Flagg being a keeper for multiple years than go down swinging with a shitty team.

This is so dumb. Unbelievably dumb. You should not veto legitimate trades regardless of your opinion unless there was collusion or other cheating. The rules of the league allow it so deal with it.

Following up on the loan issue, if I had to cut additional players, I would never had made the trade. I would need to cut Jokic, KAT, etc. It would effectively prevent bad teams from trading good players on big contracts for young assets on small contracts. Once again, the loan benefits the rebuilding teams more.

I veto’d. Rental or not. SGA an MVP candidate. Scott told me he doesn’t debate in hypotheticals, but the whole trade is hypothetical.
