• You mention claims as well...so, if you're also talking about waiver claims: When a player is dropped, other team owners have 24 hours to claim him on waivers for 100% of his salary, with the team lowest in the standings getting priority. If the regular season has not begun yet, a coin flip will determine who is awarded the player.

• Hey Chicago! I might have misunderstood your question yesterday. Short answer is you can't see the bids. You nom a guy at $1, and then go back in and bid up to what you're comfortable with. But if you submit $5 on Chatwood, and I submit a bid of $6 I'm obviously going to win...and you'll have ZERO idea what I bid until AFTER the auction ended. It's all totally blind bidding.

• Hey guys, one thought on rules for this year...I don't anticipate any changes with one exception I'm likely to honor. I think it makes sense to relax the rules on 5 MiLB players and whether or not they have to be promoted. I'd like to keep this discretionary on an owner by owner basis...if you'd like to promote, great, if not...I think that's fine too. I won't be cracking down on promotions unless someone strongly objects and we need to discuss.
