Breaking news out of Winston-Salem. Poppy921, the cantankerous owner/manager of the Ugly Sox is resting at home after suffering what appeared to be a mental breakdown during the NAFB Minor League draft. Reports indicate the choice of JJ Bleday earlier in the round caused the volatile OG to lose it. There are differing reports that the OG simply got into some bad moonshine.

Just to clarify the "pause," does that mean that if Whiskey doesn't pick by 5:52am, then Fairhaven can jump? Or, does Whiskey get his remaining 7 hours starting at some time in the morning?

Alright, again we're going to pause overnight. Whiskey Jacks is up with about 7 or so hours on the clock, followed by Fairhaven and then Scotch. Whiskey, you're free to make that pick whenever.

That's correct, he could have been previously owned, it's just that last day of the season stipulation. I believe the original intent was to prevent teams from dumping without competing teams having a shot at them via free agency in season, with hopes of just getting them back for free at the next 5 MiLB draft. So yes, under your conditions I believe your guy would be available.

The Restricted List is admittedly a pain in the ass, as I can't update team names...I'd have to delete, re-enter, etc. so I use the 5 MiLB as the proper source of truth when it comes to promoting. I mainly just forgot to delete those guys that got dumped end of season. If it bothers anyone to see their incorrect team name on the Restricted List I will change them...but please note, I never use it for anything.

Just another observation. Not sure how the rosters get updated... I exported the rosters from the Tools page, and the export still shows my team as Paulina St. Blues, and it shows J-Rod still on Fairhaven's team. Looks like there's some other old team names on there associated with the players on the Restricted List, like Prepare Yoenis and Snell's Snails.
