• There are well over 200 teams currently listed as expired. The Commissioner in one of my other leagues let his team expire, so, yeah, that's a problem. LOL

• I interpret expired as meaning the fees weren't paid. When an owner gives up, we usually get an email that the team was abandoned.

• I am in a bunch of leagues and Ottoneu is year round league. It is one of the things I like about it. You need to pay attention to it from time to time. This league has been pretty good at doing that but if you don't the deadline for paying can sneak up on you.

• YB's last transaction during the 2021 season was June 23. If you go back through YC"s transactions, there is a clear pattern that he will be here for the draft, make 5-7 transactions from the end of the draft to May or June and then will disappear for the remainder of the season. His trade block has never been updated. As near as I can tell, he has never accepted a trade from anyone and never even rejected a trade offer I made. He also has never responded to any messages I have sent to

• Probably at least wise to set a hard deadline to affirm that the team will be actively managed and that messages and such will be checked. Maybe like, if we don't hear otherwise by the end of the second week of December or something, if not just cutting it now.

• I agree that it would be better to get the team posted sooner rather than later. I appreciate that the owner has been available for the draft but there also have been long periods of inactivity and a lack of communication over the last few seasons.
